Our Story

 

Hi, I'm Guy, 


I've spent nearly a decade in senior sales roles at companies in the Marine, Wealth, clothing & compliance industries.


I started as a sales rep, became the top performer, and worked my way up to Sales Director and Global Sales Manager positions.


During that time, I saw the same pattern everywhere: businesses with great products struggling to grow because they didn't have a proper sales system.


They relied too heavily on marketing. They waited for inbound leads instead of creating them. They had talented people but no repeatable process. And when it came to direct outbound sales, the kind that actually drives consistent growth, most businesses simply didn't know where to start.


In Marine, I built outbound systems that brought in major clients like Odfjell and CMA CGM. I saw firsthand what happens when you stop waiting and start hunting: revenue grows, teams gain confidence, and businesses unlock their true potential.


I started Evolution Sales because I believe growing businesses create opportunity — for their employees, their communities, and the economy.


When businesses grow, they hire more people, create value in their community, and create ripple effects that benefit everyone.


But too many companies stall because they're not great at telling the world what they do. They don't target new business directly. They don't have a sales machine — they have ad-hoc efforts and crossed fingers.


We're here to change that.


Evolution Sales exists to put proper sales infrastructure in place for ambitious B2B companies. We're not consultants who write reports and disappear. We're builders who design systems, implement processes, and drive results.


Our approach combines nearly 2 decades of hands-on sales leadership experience with modern sales methodologies and systems. We are all HubSpot Certified Sales Professional and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Certified, ensuring that the strategies we implement are backed by both proven frameworks and practical, real-world execution.
